Coaching Process and Fee

ESI follows these steps in each engagement:

1. Take advantage of a free (half hour) exploratory session.

2.  Kick off Discussion: This is a one hour coaching session conducted via Skype (when possible).  During this discussion I gain a clear understand of your situation, answer your immediate questions, gather the facts associated with your career to the present date (along with your goals going forward).  In this discussion I listen to what has worked and not worked for you in your career transition to date in order to determine how best to guide you.  It may be that your needs are met entirely during this kick-off discussion.

3.  Follow-on Discussions.  Should you want to have follow-on discussions, the topics we address are entirely driven to you.  Should we go forward together beyond the Kick-off discussion, we schedule time in one hour increments.  These discussions are also held via Skype whenever possible.  Telephone consultations are a back-up method. 

4.  Duration of Coaching.   Each career transition coaching engagement is driven by your needs.  We continue to meet for as long and as frequently as you choose. You call the shots...  

5.  Fee Structure.  The fee for ESI's executive transition coaching is an hourly rate of $250.00  Payment for our one-hour kick-off discussion is required in advance using the PayPal button at the "Contact ESI / Payment" page.  Payment for any follow-on discussions are made through PayPal at the conclusion of each session.  

Regardless of where you are on the globe, I will work to accommodate your schedule.
